    • Able to execute overall admin/ HR activities
    • Should have the knowledge of drafting various official documents.
    • Handle any unwanted situation competently, promptly & tactfully with the assistance of internal support.
    • Ensure recruitment, selection & placement as per approved process.
    • Ensure job changes in compliance as per existing practice, ensure disbursement of monthly salary, wages, OT & others pay;
    • Personal files, service records maintain and updating.
    • To maintain the procedure of disciplinary action.
    • Prepare various type of report as per management requirement.
