Purchase Officer (Spare Parts)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Should have experience in vehicles spare parts purchasing.
  • Maintenance of record of goods ordered and received.
  • Locate vendors and suppliers, discuss proposals with them
  • Collect quotations from vendors and suppliers. Negotiate with suppliers to get the best price.
  • Prepare Comparative Statement (CS). Make Purchase Order in ERP after approval of CS.
  • Receive requisitions, samples, challans, bills and so on. Prepare bills and process them properly.
  • Collect receipts of goods/materials sent to various departments/sites/units.
  • Keep proper records in MIS and ERP. Prepare invoice in ERP.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 4 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Hard working, energetic and dynamic.
  • Basic computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office i.e. word, excel etc.
