Store Keeper & Logistic Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Planning and performing work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, delivering and returning of the damaged goods.
  • Ensuring safe keeping of materials as to quality and quantity.
  • Monitoring on maximum stock limit so that unnecessary purchase can be avoided.
  • Checking and receiving of materials purchased.
  • Arranging for the storage in appropriate place.
  • Providing of administrative and logistics support for organizing various activities.
  • Performing any other responsibility assigned by the concerned authority.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters Degree, preferably in Business Studies or relevant discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum five years working experience in NGOs or other Development Organizations.
  • Minimum three years experience in store keeping and logistic support.
  • Basic computer skills on MS-Office.
  • Knowledge on local language will be an asset.
