Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, developing and managing the branch operation towards achieving given revenue targets;
  • Maintain good public relations with customers and the community. Responsible for growing customer base through internal and external marketing programs;
  • Develops new deposit and investment business, provides a superior level of customer service and promotes the service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation;
  • Ensure strict compliance in all operational activities of the Branch;
  • Should have excellent leadership capability;

Educational Qualification:

  • Post Graduate in from a reputed University having no third class/division in academic career;

Work Experience:

  • At least 7 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 7(seven) years and above experience in any reputed private commercial bank;
  • Minimum 3(three) years experience as Branch Manager/Manager Operation;
  • Smart appearance with pleasant personality.
  • Age within 50 years as on 31.10.2018.
