Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Understanding Manpower planning
  • Manage performance appraisal & management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Understanding of Service Rules & Labor Laws
  • Proficient in MS Office

Educational Qualification:

  • Post Graduate in from a reputed University having no third class/division in academic career

Work Experience:

  • At least 8 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 8(eight) years experience in any reputed private commercial bank
  • Smart appearance with pleasant personality
  • Age within 40 years as on 31.10.2018
