Roles & Responsibilities:
- Close monitoring and follow-up with delinquent clients in order to recover & regularize the accounts
- Liaise with customers (and guarantors) who have overdue on their accounts through regular phone calls, SMS, letters/correspondence and site visit until the account is regularize and update customers files diligently.
- Ensure that documentations related to the debts are up-to-date (Search on Asset, Security documents, property valuation reports).
- Providing feedback, observations and trends and customer behaviors to supervisors and recovery management, on a timely basis
- Refer accounts with no positive movement for legal recovery within a reasonable time frame as defined in Collections and Recovery Process, Policy and Strategy manual.
- Have regular meetings with Litigation team on cases where foreclosure/ legal recovery has already commenced.
- Strict adherence to the Recovery process and policies, internal policies as well as regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in liaising with other departments (relative to any recovery process or activity.
- Assist and participate in Internal and External audit reviews.
- Conduct Regular meetings with legal administrators/ relationship managers to ensure cases are closed within reasonable period of time.
- Maintain a daily productivity level of in line with monthly recovery target.
