Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meet annual revenue budget of the assign area or channel.
- Develop and retain business from the assign customers.
- Market visit on regular basis to maintain close relationship and develop new customers
- Preparing market report and suggesting action plan based on competitors activity
- Coordinate with internal operation divisions in achieving customer satisfaction
- Promote company goodwill and business through appropriate marketing activities.
- Interacts and communicates with the client on a regular basis to determine changing requirements and preferences
- Develop unique ways to grow the business (Creative Business Development) and keep strong Relationship with customers
- Identify potential new clients and business opportunities and to persuade new customers to place business with the company
- Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports timely manner
- Prepare annual and quarterly sales plan and formularize sales strategy
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Work Experience:
- 3 to 6 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Experience: Relevant experience will get preference.
- Soft skills: Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Language proficiency: Fluency in English
- Computer literacy: Sound Knowledge in Computer applications (MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Word)
- Able to work in a team, able to work under pressure and can meet the challenge
