Assistant Supervisor/ Senior Officer - Key Account Management, Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Single point contact for respective clients and their suppliers
  • Determine the needs of clients & their suppliers and coordinate with laboratory how the company can best meet those requirements business
  • Strategic planning to manage the account and setting objectives to increase the market share
  • Interacts and communicates with the client on a regular basis to determine changing requirements and preferences
  • Develop unique ways to grow the business (Creative Business Development) and keep strong Relationship with customers
  • Identify potential new clients and business opportunities and to persuade new customers to place business with the company
  • Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports in timely manner
  • Visit the market and meet clients regularly
  • Prepare annual and quarterly sales plan and formalize sales strategy
  • Follow up and monitor sales activities and operations
  • Analyze market demand and customize offering accordingly

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Experience : 2-3 years experience in sales from relevant industry will be preferable
  • Education: Bachelors/Masters in relevant field of study / Textile Graduates from any reputed University.
  • Soft skills : Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Language proficiency : Fluency in English
  • Computer literacy : Sound Knowledge in Computer applications (MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Word)
