Roles & Responsibilities:
- Single point contact for respective clients and their suppliers
- Determine the needs of clients & their suppliers and coordinate with laboratory how the company can best meet those requirements business
- Strategic planning to manage the account and setting objectives to increase the market share
- Interacts and communicates with the client on a regular basis to determine changing requirements and preferences
- Develop unique ways to grow the business (Creative Business Development) and keep strong Relationship with customers
- Identify potential new clients and business opportunities and to persuade new customers to place business with the company
- Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports in timely manner
- Visit the market and meet clients regularly
- Prepare annual and quarterly sales plan and formalize sales strategy
- Follow up and monitor sales activities and operations
- Analyze market demand and customize offering accordingly
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Work Experience:
- 1 to 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Experience : 2-3 years experience in sales from relevant industry will be preferable
- Education: Bachelors/Masters in relevant field of study / Textile Graduates from any reputed University.
- Soft skills : Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Language proficiency : Fluency in English
- Computer literacy : Sound Knowledge in Computer applications (MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Word)
