Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales and showroom operations smoothly and archives all sales target.
- Always research market trend, brand trend, customer trend and share company to develop our design & production team.
- Every day analysis company sales and take necessary action to improve sales.
- Every week analysis company sales quantity and create slow moving, medium moving and fast moving report and share to management.
- Always take realistic action for improve our sales team.
- Every month train our sales team for improve our company sales also employee.
- Honestly to take care of our sales staff also showroom.
- Always follow up area ways customer demand and distribute to product. Always interchange slow moving items between our all showrooms.
- Fully support and align with all key business initiatives and new product launches;
- Oversee the maintenance of inventory accuracy and set up quantitative targets related to inventory control;
- Maintenance of all HR payroll records for showroom team;
- Maintain and enforce visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure human resources processes are adhered to in collaboration with the Corporate human resources team;
- Sales Planning and Strategy for the Area for achieving Annual Operation Plan
Educational Qualification:
- The incumbent should be MBA/BBA/Marketing Background from any reputed universities. MBA shall be an added advantage
Skills Required: Brand Promotion,Customer Support/ Client Service

- 5 to 7 year(s)
