Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager- Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop Financial Statements periodically and contribute in the Balance sheet.
  • Ensure the review of all financial reporting forms.
  • Monitor the CAPEX and OPEX closely, handle the Debt portfolio Management;Budget & Budgetary Control; Bills payable; Treasury Management etc.
  • Assist the supervisor in respect of feasibility analysis for expansion of existing business or taking up new business projects in hand.
  • The position will update the Management with latest developments in Government Regulatory Affairs, Taxation, Value added Tax ( VAT), Register of Joint Stock Companies and Firms ( RJSC) etc.
  • Monitor and ensure that Business transactions are properly recorded in ERP system.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • ACA, ACMA (Qualified/ part qualified) will be considered as an added value.

Work Experience:

  • 6 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge on centralized Banking Compliance, Alternate Financing Instrument are required.
  • Experienced in JAVP/AVP with credit back ground with any Commercial Bank/ Financial Institution are encourage to apply.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Should be fluent in using TALLY Software/ ERP system.
  • Age and Academic qualification may be relaxed for well deserve candidate.
