Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities related to recruitment, leave management, promotion etc.
  • Coordinate the legal issues with company lawyer and keep files up to date
  • Develop yearly development and performance evaluation program
  • Organize and coordinate training programs;
  • Develop companys service rules, personnel planning. Policies and procedure;
  • Generate, stream-lined and ensure adherence to all HR Policies and procedure;
  • Updates leave, attendance and related information
  • Organize administrative activities and work methods to increase productivity
  • Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of proper housekeeping
  • Organize, check and manage effective use of the office supplies and stationery
  • Vehicle Management, Surveillance and Security.
  • Resolve internal conflicts and develop strong relationships with top Management and effective communication between Company & employees
  • Monitoring all branches inside & outside of Dhaka

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters in HRM.
  • Candidate having PGD in Human Resources Management will be given preference.

Work Experience:

  • 10 to 14 year(s) Experience

Others Requirements:

  • Age 35 to 50 years

  • Computer Hardware/Network Companies, IT Enabled Service, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Financial Consultants, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, NGO, Public Relation Companies
  • Knowledge of Industrial Law, Labor Law, process management, HR policy and practices, worker management, code of conduct, employee productivity
  • Knowledge on pay scale & wages.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situation
  • Dynamic personality
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of employees.
  • Excellent command over English and Bengali both in written and spoken.
  • Strong Commanding voice
