Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of Sr manager HR, S/he will manage the day to day HR operation here in Rohingya Response. Manage a team of recruitment officer, support in the recruitment process, conduct end to end recruitment will be the key functional area of this position. S/he will visit the filed on regular basis to meet the filed quarries especially in the area of policy and will assist in building capacity to understand their potentiality to achieve the set goal. S/he will be accountable for policy compliance and proper documentation for all the recruitment and will maintain a collaborative relationship with all internal and stakeholders especially with the program team and country office.

Educational Qualification:

 

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in any NGO/INGO
  • Have knowledge on principals and procedure of recruitment & selection
  • Ability to work in a team and be able to work in a cooperative manner.
  • Ability to work under extreme circumstances, including stress, high security risks and harsh living conditions. Works and lives with a flexible, adaptable and resilient manner.
  • Demonstrates awareness and sensitivity to gender and diversity & child safeguarding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bangla & English
  • Setting priorities and time management for multiple task with proper documentation
  • Excellent command on MS Office particularly in MS-Word and Excel
  • Strong and proven analytical skills
  • Excellent Communication and managing skills
  • Networking and Influencing skills
  • Working with trustworthiness and integrity and has a clear commitment to Save the Childrens core values and humanitarian principles
