Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assistant HR Officer will support the HR operations in the area of recruitment & documentation in timely manner and in accordance with the organization policy and procedure. S/He will support in end to end recruitment, in preparation of recruitment process file, support in leave management, preparation of staff personal file. S/he will also communicate with the external stake holders in terms of HR operation under the guidance of the supervisor. S/he will also collect the information from the officer, consolidate & analyze the information to support in report preparation for the HR department. This position holder will be required to visit the field offices along with the camp offices on regular basis. S/he need to be positive to carry any additional work assign by the supervisor based on the work nature.
Educational Qualification:
- At least a Bachelors degree or equivalent in relevant discipline (HR, Management, Public Administration, Labour Relations & Law)
Work Experience:
- 6 months experience
Others Requirements:
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Good communication skill
- Ability to work in a team and be able to work in a cooperative manner.
- Good command on MS Office particularly in MS-Word and Excel
