Trainer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in conducting training needs assessment for the project
  • Identifying gaps between the skills of individual employees and the skills required
  • Implementation of training programs and assessing adequacy
  • Creating and selecting tools to assist in the assessment of the training
  • Evaluating effectiveness of the competence of instruction, the content of training and training materials used
  • Assisting Training Coordinator in preparing and developing training schedule, plan, budget, materials, tools and modules.
  • Assisting in preparing report
  • Provide support to ensure successful training programme
  • Facilitate and assist to facilitate training sessions according to the training plan
  • Assist in preparing and developing of training plan, schedule, materials, modules
  • Communicate with training participants
  • Maintain and preserve all training related document
  • Perform other duties as when necessary.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Law (LLM)
  • Master of Social Science (MSS) / Master of Development Studies (MDS) / Gender Studies.

Work Experience:

 

Others Requirements:

  • Age at most 35 years

Others Benefit:

Salary: commensurate with experience and BLAST`s pay scale;Costs in relation to field work, will be borne by the organisation, Weekly 2 holidays
