Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provides support in accordance with logistics standards, ICRC rules, financial procedures and regulations. Ensuring paper work of purchase order, packing list, preparing contract paper with supplier
- Maintenance, follow-up and statistical reporting using the Field Supply System (FSS) application Filing and archiving of documents.
- Telecommunications between sites, vehicles and people moving to the filed
- Follow up on field movements in accordance with its programme and with security rules Maintaining field log database
Educational Qualification:
- University degree or similar professional education Good understanding of logistics processes
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum two years experience in a similar field. Detailed knowledge of the local area assigned. Driving License
- Good communication skills verbal/report/email
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Good computer skills, incl. spreadsheets and computerized inventory management system
- Excellent sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, respecting the established framework Ability to define priorities
- Ability to adapt to and work in a multicultural team environment Team spirit and capacity to integrate a multidisciplinary approach
