Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan the weekly activities for his/her team and have them approved by his/her HP Manager
- Plan human resources, tool and material needs
- Anticipate administrative & logistics issues (requests in advance, transport, communication means...)
- Recruit & train his/her data collection and monitoring teams
- Define criteria and the system for the beneficiaries and vendors selection with the support of his HP manager and Norwegian Church Aid advisor
- Under the supervisor of the HP Manager, proceed to the selection of Hygiene Items with the participation of the community.
- Conduct the selection & training of the beneficiaries and the vendors on the voucher system
- Assist HP Manager in assessment, verification, distribution and redemption processes of Hygiene Kit Vouchers
- Supervise and monitor each stage of activity. Ensure that standards and instructions given by his/her HP Manager, as well as Friendship/NCA are followed
- Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by HP Manager
- Include the community at each step of the decision making process and ensure their access to the feedback mechanism
- Attends project meetings and share progress
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree Economy/ Disaster Management or other related fields. At least 2 years of relevant experience with minimum 1 year of voucher or cash transfer programs funded by key donors
Work Experience:
- At least 2 years Experience
Others Requirements:
- Experience of working with NGOs preferred
- Result-oriented team player and leader
- Good spoken Chittagonian is essential
- Competent IT skills
