Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess risk in collaboration with Management, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business;
- Evaluate the risk in collaboration with Management, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the organization such as costs, reputation, legal requirements and regulatory factors, and evaluating the organizations previous handling of risks;
- Help management establishing and quantifying the organizations risk appetite, and follow i.e. the level of risk they are prepared to accept;
- Address disagreements with the management on risk related issues. Escalate and report disagreements and relevant outcome to Head of Internal Control
- Update the risk register regularly
- Follow up on the non-implemented mitigation plan
- Propose management with cost effective and compliance focused mitigation plan
- Report to Head of Internal Control regularly on the progress status
Educational Qualification:
- Master / Bachelor of Business Administration from reputed university. Relevant certification / certification in progress from reputed Institute will be preferred.
Work Experience:
- 6 to 10 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- 6 to 10 years of experience related to risk management area in reputed organization.
