Roles & Responsibilities:
- To ensure payable management i.e. checking bill, preparation and posing of bank payment vouches on daily basis in compliance with group guidelines and emphasis on accurate and timely reporting and accountability;
- Monthly party payment by cheque prepares.
- Staff conveyance summary prepared and upload on SCB.
- Submission of reports to regulatory bodies such as, RJSC, DCCI, Export and Import related issue as per statutory requirement.
- Submission of Vat return and Withholding Tax return.
- Import LC open and follow-up before shipment.
- Ensure vendor credit policy follows which provide by group then payment confirm.
- Journal prepare on daily basis.
- Assist to prepare management reporting.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Partly qualified from ICMAB/CA/ACCA
- Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2 years experience in the field of Accounts & Finance.
Work Experience:
- 2 years experience
