Customer Care Executive, Int'l Freight Forwarding (Import)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Consignee
  • HBL & MBL check through consignee and confirm to agent
  • Pre alert follow up & forward to consignee
  • Shipment arrival follow up with Sea & Air operation team
  • Invoice preparation
  • DN checking
  • DN & invoice follow up with finance dept
  • Rate Query with multi agents
  • Sales support to colleagues.
  • Communication is the key. Must be reachable responsive on available means of communications/devices. All incoming calls from customers, shipping line, sales & customer service must be answered.
  • Will be responsible for Import via Sea & Air all operations (depot, port) and customer service (Vessel Schedule/Booking/Shipment Advise/IGM Submission/ LCL un-stuffing & tally follow up, DO & NOC Issue Sea & Air) activities.
  • Will update sales person & customer service about cargo position, IGM status, delivery status, etc as & when required.
  • Any other job assigned by the Managing Director

Educational Qualification:

  • At least Bachelor Degree - (Education is flexible for highly experienced candidate)

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • At least 02-03 Years,on Import
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication both in English and Bangla
  • Familiar with Whats Apps, Viber, Emo, Skype, email, internet and browsing
  • Computer skills in English and Bangla ( MS Word and Excel)
  • Good communication and motivational skills
