Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within particular time period.
- Maintain inventory of store by using Modern Inventory Management Software.
- Receive store materials (Spare parts, Accessories, packing materials etc) from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval document.
- Distribute store materials to garments Units as per requisition.
- Ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
- Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus materials.
- Prepare monthly stock-report regularly.
- Maintain store ledgers properly
- Follow up buyer wise accessories
- Collect Accessories Purchase Order from Merchandising dept
- Submit Accessories M.R.R to Head officer ofAccounts dept.
- Prepare Accessories delivery guideline for Sewing, Finishing & Quality department.
- Prepare Buyer & Order wise swatch for delivering Label to sewing Line.
- Contact with supplier about accessories problem & solve issue.
- Monitor to accessories posting in Matrix software Daily update.
- Contact with Commercial department & Transport dept for delivery.
- Sign on all MRR, Gate pass & Challan.
- Conduct Audit to ensure that Accessories keeping to similarity with software, physical stock & bin card.
- Follow up export delivery.
- Others work when company needed.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- 2 to 4 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age 22 to 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
