Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager (Accounts)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Should be a professional with proven ability to develop and implement specific financial management strategies that support business and financial objectives of the organization.
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of modern financial management, VAT, Tax and desired accounting methods.
  • He should be capable of maintaining/ handling the entire accounts (personal accounts) including banking functions independently.
  • To maintain periodic financial reports.
  • Knowledge to up-date & organize the inter company financial transmission.
  • Monitoring monthly accounts and ensure necessary reconciliation before finalize the accounts.
  • Forecasting monthly budget and projected financial statements.
  • Monitoring of reports regarding inventory, Utility bill, budget and others as per requirement.
  • Responsible for supervise team, organize the cost & financial data for internal & external matter.
  • Must have sound knowledge in Financial Planning, Inventory & Asset
  • Strong analytical skills, independent working ability to perform all the relevant duties accustomed a modern accounting system.
  • Budgeting.
  • Supervise the monthly departmental budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
  • Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.
  • Match appropriations for specific programs with appropriations for broader programs, including items for emergency funds.
  • Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation and budget preparation.
  • Direct the preparation of regular and special budget reports.
  • Seek new ways to improve efficiency and increase profits.
  • Review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs.
  • Supervise cost-benefits analyses to compare operating programs, review financial request, and explore alternative financing methods.
  • Compile and analyze accounting records and other data to determine the financial resources required to implement a program.
  • Fund budget allocations, expenditures, fund balances and related financial activities for the purpose of ensuring that allocations are accurate, revenues are recorded, expenses are within budget limits and/or fiscal practices are followed.
  • Participates in meetings, workshops and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.
  • Prepare financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
  • Monitor & establish a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
  • Establishing internal controls.
  • Develop & recommend new procedures, to avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations;
  • Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Educational Qualification:

  • M.Com in Accounting .
  • B.Com in Accounting.
  • C.A. (C.C) qualified.
  • Skills Required: Accounting Software

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Must be experienced and have good computer & software knowledge.
  • Should have competency on computer based accounting system.
