Roles & Responsibilities:
- To lead, co-ordinate and manage the overall financial management, business analysis, reporting control and secure financial future of the companys mission and values.
- Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, departmental budgets, and plan, develop, direct, control and analyze all financial statements, financial reports, special analysis and information reports so as to review operational issues impacting the company and pinpoint the weak areas.
- To establish financial control systems and monitor risk management policies and procedures to minimize enterprise risk & Advise top management in capital structure decisions and its effective implementation.
- To forecast and review yearly budget preparation, post budget analysis, cash flow analysis, and analytical review of financial statements.
- Oversee the operation of various section of the financial department such as Accounts, Finance, supply chain and Commercial etc.
- Oversee and deal with Banks and Financial Institutions, internal and external auditor for auditing, and other regulatory works.
- Adopt various policies and procedures to effectively run the finance and accounts department in line with organizational objectives & Monitor all financial activities of upcoming project.
- To evaluate the finance division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the company as well as provide individuals with professional and personal growth.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining financial policy.
- To monitor day to day financial transactions maintained by respective account departments.
- To develop and set financial strategies including VAT & Taxation issues.
- To manage the capital & investment issues by complying with appropriate budgeting processes. Avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforce accounting regulations, recommend new procedures, solve tax issues.
- To maintain a high level of relationship with various authorities like NBR, Bangladesh Bank & other Banks.
- Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA, MBA in Accounting or Finance from any reputed University.
- Professional Qualifications: Partly Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA), Cost Management Accountants (CMA), Certified Public Accountants(CPA), Certified General Accountants (CGA).
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Financial Statements Preparation & Reporting, Experience on Tax & VAT related work; knowledge about Customs duty/ Supplementary duty/ etc; Strategic Planning, Commercial/ Export- Import, Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, Finance & Accounts related other works.
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- At least 03 years work experience (For qualified candidate experience may be relaxed)
- Self-driven, results-oriented & having good interpersonal relationship.
- Must have related experience in ERP Software.
- Ability to coach and train subordinate on subject expert knowledge.
- Must have excellent communication ability, both verbal and written, English communication.
