Assistant Manager (Accounts)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
  • Prepares state quarterly and annual statements by assembling data.
  • Complies with company tax filing requirements by studying regulation; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating quarterly estimated tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings.
  • Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
  • Provides financial advice by studying operational issue; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.
  • Prepares special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts.
  • Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance or Accounting

Work Experience:

  • 4 to 7 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple accounts across multiple lines of business.
  • Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Candidates has to be smart, energetic, presentable and punctual.
  • Strong Financial Software Knowledge for example Tally.
