Roles & Responsibilities:
- Asst. to select and negotiate with local service providers, within the established financial parameters.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closure of accounts, including bank reconciliation, bank statement and other related documentation and submit reports to headquarters as per prescribed deadlines.
- Asst. to implement financial policies, procedures and requirements and ensure all financial activities are accordance with organization and donor guidelines
- Asst. to budget Analysis and disbursement as per project budget activity line and Prepare month- wise expenditure plan in consultation with Project Manager, Head of Finance & Accounts
- Responsible for maintaining proper cash control
- Maintain books of accounts and other financial documents
- Closely monitor financial activities of the project
- Check and verify bills and provide payments
- Verify all types of financial transaction at random basis
- Provide other financial support required during the project implementation
- Ensure timely and effective follow-up to audit observations and recommendations.
- Coordinate training and capacity-building activities to staff in administrative related areas.
- Responsible for Employee Leave Management and documentation as per NGO HRP&P
- Formulate, implement staff safety and security measures and ensure Minimum Operational Security Standards (MOSS) compliance, in consultation with the Head Office and Project authority.
- Asst. to prepare correspondence, reports and documents as well as taking minutes of the meetings
- Asst. to manage administrative compliance throughout the organization.
- Asst. to manage management in investigating frauds or any undesired activities
- Asst. to manage the security personnel and follow up the cleanliness & security system of the organization
- Keep update administrative records of the organization
- Providing needful support to HR activities and maintain administrative files & documents
- Liaison maintaining with Govt. agency and stakeholder in the project area.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/ MBA in Finance / Accounts, Management, Public Administrations from reputed university
Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 year(s)

- Self-motivated, independent with the ability to perform multi-task
- Professional, courteous, and know proper administrative etiquette
- Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Proficiency in English of Speaking and writing.
- Interested to work in remote area and field visit if needed.
