Project Finance & Accounts Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Bank operations, reconciliation and correspondence.
  • Cash book transactions.
  • Follow-up and settlement of working advances and mission expenses.
  • Verification of invoices before payment and ensures that all necessary documents are attached.
  • Entries into the accounting system.
  • Performs the monthly and yearly accounting closing procedures.
  • Budget follow-up, analysis and reporting.
  • Follow-up of tax & VAT related issues.
  • Assistance and support to the Administrator and field activities when needed.
  • General office work including administrative translations, photocopying and filing for the finance department.

Educational Qualification:

  • The candidate will be graduated from a reputed College / University, preferably in Finance/Accounting or Economics.

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Excellent and proven computer skills - particularly MS Office, Excel and specially Tally software.
