Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with customers by phone or e-mail; visit the market / customers on regular basis
- Achieve Sales Target
- Communicating with Global KAMs and Head of Sales for Brand Development and Market Penetration Strategy
- Follow-up with local garments manufacturer for trims ordering along with any development of new trims and new brands
- Key Account Management for respective brands
- Responsible for Marketing and Business Development and company promotion form SML Bangladesh
- Create new customer and generate sales
- Prepare sales projection to plan material requisition
Educational Qualification:
- An ideal candidate should have Bachelors and / or Masters degree from any recognized university preferably in Commerce / Business Studies
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 year(s)

- Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed
- Should work well independently as well as in a big team
- Should be self motivated, organized and disciplined
- Should have patience and good negotiation capability
- Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility
- Should be willing to work additional hours if it is required to finish the assigned responsibility
- Should have knowledge in MS Office, ERP & other computer applications
- Should have good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal
