Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with customers by phone or e-mail; visit customers as and when required
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries; handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Perform customer verifications and set up new customer accounts
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Organize work-flow to meet customer timeframes
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Manage customers accounts and database
Educational Qualification:
- An ideal candidate should have Bachelors and / or Masters degree from any recognized university preferably in Commerce / Business Studies
Work Experience:
- At most 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Should work well independently as well as in a big team
- Should be self motivated, organized and disciplined
- Should have patience and good negotiation capability
- Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility
- Should be willing to work additional hours if it is required to finish the assigned responsibility
- Should have knowledge in MS Office, ERP & other computer applications
- Should have good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal
