Executive/Sr. Executive (Sales & Distribution)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To Search and analyze the prospective distributor.
  • To Assign new distributor.
  • To Manage existing distributor.
  • To Support overall distribution management.
  • Doing field work and Market Research (product, market & consumer survey)
  • To Travel extensively throughout the Bangladesh
  • Prepare elaborate marketing plan according to the instruction of the Director of sales;
  • To analyze the information and trend analysis;
  • To observe and check caravan activities and improve it to make more attractive for consumer;
  • Branding, Advertising, Promotion;
  • Making the daily/monthly/quarterly/ad hoc marketing report and data management;
  • To get the information from customer, consumer, sales regarding marketing issues;

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Excellent command over English language, both oral and written
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word and internet based applications
  • Documentation and report writing skills
  • Demonstrates integrity by modeling the Ajinomoto values and ethical standards
  • Promotes the vision, mission, and strategic goals of Ajinomoto
  • Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
  • Must be dependable and trustful to all business confidential matters
  • Able to Report, Inform & Consult.
