Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to all staff.
  • Coordinate International Staff travel including flight and hotel booking, visas, and immigration arrival documentation.
  • Translating documents into local language and act as Administrative Support of Coordination.
  • Ensure administrative documents are kept current.
  • Maintaining the different types of files.
  • General office management responsibilities and tasks as required by management.

  • The main criteria used in the selection of the Admin Assistant are the following:
  • previous working experience in similar position, ideally in INGO
  • Excellent level of English and Bangla skills are required for writing, typing and speaking. English Language proficiency especially local dialog (Chittagonian) will be tested.
  • Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) essential
  • Communicating with FLAT, program team, organizing and taking minutes of meetings.
  • Skills required: Results orientated, teamwork, flexible, commitment, stress management, high level of confidentiality, problem solving skills, ability to organize & priorities workload independently, using initiative when appropriate, and ability to act as part of multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team.
  • The incumbent should be organized, discreet, and people oriented. Possess strong smart personality.
