Assistant Manager - MIS

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The Manager will be responsible for maintaining Microfin Plus Software, installing, upgrading and troubleshooting the information systems of the employers. The most common duties necessary for completing this responsibility.
  • You will be creating and managing the various databases used by the employer, which requires proficiency with database management software.
  • Maintaining network connectivity for the various machines used within the organization.
  • MIS Managers predominantly rely on their technical skill set to complete the duties. With that being said, any kind of manager needs soft skills to manage a team of employees
  • Coursework in these courses of study covers operations management, information security, computer programming and other related topics.
  • He would have sound knowledge on various reports checking and data correction properly.
  • Help to preparing all accounting records in accordance with audit standard.
  • Prepare and ensure the timely reporting of all monthly and quarterly financial information.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • And you are required to perform any other duties assigned to you from time to time by the management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degrees in any discipline.
  • ICT Diploma/CCA partly qualified will be preferred.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Microfinance Software Management.
  • Significant work experience as a minor in Microfinance relevant Field.
  • Capability of work in under pressure and time bound.
  • Good English communication and presentation skills.
