Roles & Responsibilities:
- Register all beneficiaries seeking screenings and assessments at the health post
- Support and direct beneficiaries at the heath post to ensure understanding of admission process
- Ensure patient confidentiality is respected, and that all patients are treated in a dignified and respectful manner
- Notify clinical staff (doctors, medical assistants, nurse/midwives) of any critical patients
- Other tasks as requested by line manager
- Ensure good hygiene standards are kept at all working sites
- Keep working area, equipment and records clean and tidy
- Take care of all work tools and equipment
- Maintain open and professional relations with team members, promoting a strong team spirit and provide guidance to enable staff to successfully perform in their positions.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with local communities and other implementing partners.
- Ensure all beneficiary records are accurately documented and are completed
- Submit daily and/or weekly reports in a timely manner
Educational Qualification:
- HSC
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in Rohingya language (spoken Chittagong dialect)
- Desire to serve the refugee community
- Enjoys working in a team
- Respectful and kind with other staff and beneficiaries
- Capacity to be flexible when facing difficult working conditions
- Able to work well under pressure
- Willingness to travel and stay in the field
- Good communication skills
- Training in logistics
- Previous working experience with a humanitarian organisation
- Ability to write Bangla
- Ability to write basic English (names, numbers)
