Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project Coordinator is the key responsible person for implementing the project. This is a managerial position with strong leadership, management, coordination, and reporting skills. She/He has to support project staffs in achieving project goal and objectives in timely manner with quality. The incumbent is responsible to provide strategic directions and keep close contact with MJF and CDS to ensure smooth implementation of the project. The position also requires regular financial monitoring and transactions to ensure value for money. Quality reporting is a prerequisite for the position;
- Provide leadership support to project team and different stakeholders in project implementation;
- Planning & preparation of schedule/module, budget break-down each and every activity before conduction;
- Supervise all activities implemented in the field;
- Ensure quality implementation of project activities and effective communication;
- Ensure quality of project implementation and documentation;
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly work plan to accomplish the targeted project activities;
- Monitor field activities on regular basis as well as conduct and ensure M & E activities as per MJF and CDS guidelines;
- Share ideas with stakeholders on planning and implementation strategies;
- Ensure team approach in planning and implementation;
- Management of financial and administrative activities;
- Foster a participatory and enabling environment in the field;
- Initiate appropriate disciplinary measures as and when necessary;
- Building effective network with service provider organizations and community based organizations;
Educational Qualification:
- Masters Degree in any discipline from reputed University. (Social Science/Relevant Subject will be preferable)
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Knowledge & skills on community based Climate Change Adaptation, Gender Women & Human Rights will be an added value;
- Experience in networking, advocacy, and community mobilization;
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office Application, Internet and Online Reporting;
- Strong report writing skills both English and Bangla to clearly articulate the issues of interest;
- Strong command to organize training, workshop & seminars;
- Proven commitment and knowledge to gender equality and disability;
- Conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and achieving results;
- Strong analytical and communication (spoken, written, presentational) skills, including ability to summarize and clearly present complex issues, as well as to support a fruitful dialogue with Government and Civil Society, conducive to the implementation of the programme;
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholder and project beneficiaries;
- Willing to stay at project location;
- Motorcycle driving skill with knowledge on safety measures and valid license;

Others Benefit:
Yearly increment, festival bonus is equal to one month salary and other admissible benefits as per provision of Project.
