Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, co-ordinate and manage the overall financial management, business analysis, reporting control and secure financial future of the companys mission and values.
- Reporting to foreign parent company on various information requirements.
- Adopt various policies and procedures to effectively run the finance and accounts department in line with organizational objectives
- Establish financial control systems and monitor risk management policies and procedures to minimize enterprise risk.
- Forecast and review yearly budget preparation, post budget analysis, cash flow analysis, analytical review of financial statements.
- Avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforce accounting regulations, recommend new procedures, solve tax issues
- Maintain a high level of relationship with various authorities like NBR, Bangladesh Bank & other Banks.
- Lead and supervise the Finance and Accounts team; providing guidance; training; performance analysis and assessment.
- Manage annual external audits including parent companys (Foreign) auditors
Educational Qualification:
- Professional Accounting designation (CA, CMA, CPA etc.)
- MBA from a reputed university
Work Experience:
- At least 15 years relevant experience.
Others Requirements:
- Experience in overseas market is a prerequisite
