- Develop, recommend and implement Business Development Strategies in order to meet planned and desired business results and ensure they are consistent with established goals in Islamic Banking (Assets & Liabilities).
- Ensure new business opportunities are created for the bank ensuring a profitable portfolio.
- Maintain the current portfolio of the business.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Effectively lead a team to ensure the business targets are achieved and also drive the personal development of the team.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- At least 10 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant work-experience in Banking with minimum 3 years in similar Islamic Banking role.
