  • Masters in Management/ MBA (Major in HRM), Post graduate Diploma in Human Resource management/ Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • HUMAN RESOURCE OPERATION :
    • Prepare manpower budget, man power planning and recruitment accordingly.
    • Select the right people in right place.
    • Design Compensation and Benefits package for the employees and bring it into the Breakeven Point.
    • Supervise on Job Descriptions, Job Specification and KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
    • Prepare and design performance management systems and implement with different tools.
    • Supervise on payroll and compensation management.
    • Disciplinary action and grievance handling as per organization policy and labour law
    • ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT :
    • Supervise on training needs assessment, Prepare training module, Prepare Training Calendar, Arrange training program, conduct and supervise training program, Evaluate training effectiveness.
    • Plan and Increase Organizational skills
    • Prepare Policy and update it as per requirement.
    • Succession planning.
    • Conducting Employee satisfaction Survey and prepare strategy to improve scenario.
    • Prepare Organization Structure.
