Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Daily effective follow up with existing and potential customers to increase the sales
  • Maintain and submit the inventory / stock report to the management
  • Follow up banking operations
  • Prepare necessary documents and submit to the management
  • Ensure product delivery and installation within the committed time to the customers and coordinate after sales services to previous customers in order to build long term business relationship
  • Determine and analyze customers needs, trends
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas by customer group and products group wise
  • Projecting expected sales volume, plan and implement sales program
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and evaluate selling prices according to supply & demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  • Maintain counseling, disciplining staffs, planning, monitoring and appraising job results
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional Publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.

Educational Qualification:

  • SSC/ HSC

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 4 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Should be fluent in English and good in Bengali pronunciation
  • Should have the ability to work under pressure
  • Should have basic computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
  • Efficient Customers Service
