Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage to ensure effective and efficient procurement of goods and services for both consulting and non-consulting services.
- Monitor business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times.
- Lead team members & provide decisions for day to day procurement, Frame work agreement, Vendor enlistment, Training related issues.
- Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities.
- Manage compliance issues and improve overall relationship with stakeholders.
- Track and report key performance indicators of Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) process.
- Coordinate inter organizational communications for providing timely & qualitative procurement services.
- Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.
- Perform risk management for supply contracts, framework agreements and vendor enlistment.
- Identify and Research new suppliers.
- Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/M.Com in Supply Chain Management/ Operation Management/ Finance/ Economics or M.Sc from any recognized UGC approved university with minimum all 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA. Third division/ class or CGPA below 2.00 is not acceptable.
Work Experience:
- At least 6 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- At least 6 years experience in the relevant fields holding a managerial position in a private sector/large NGO/Multinational/Commercial organization.
