Vice President (VP)/ Senior Assistant Vice President (SAVP) - Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accounting function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
  • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management,
  • Track and ensure recovery all accounts receivable within and outside the organization.
  • Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting on the financial activity of individual projects
  • Ensure fund management .
  • To guide the concerned Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
  • Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it.
  • Budget preparation, Fund allocation, execution and keeping budgetary control.
  • Compares previous years budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
  • Reporting which management required.
  • Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
  • Advise the top management about overall financial position of all concerns of the Group
  • To perform any other task as assigned by the management or superior.
  • Preparation, analysis and interpreting of financial statement of the company.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA or Similar Discipline

Work Experience:

  • 7 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Business to Business,
  • Business to Customer, B2B contract manufacturing, B2B Toll contact manufacturing, B2B OEM contract manufacturing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
  • Required comprehensive Knowledge of Tax (Personal and Company), VAT, Company Law, Business Law and Commercial law
  • Must have knowledge of new Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012
  • Must have sound knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard).
  • Ability to work under account software environment and pressure.
  • Ability to analyze data & organize documents/records;
  • The applicants should have the experience(s) in the following business area(s): Manufacturing and listed Company only, other than this please do not apply.
  • Must be knowledge tally ERP -9 software. ERP, SAP etc.
