Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare of monthly billing, service, L.C, inventory and cash flow statement
- Input billing data in software and generate report
- Preparation of balance-sheet, profit and loss account statement
- Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect of Taxation and VAT related issues
- Monthly comprehensive analysis of completion of percentage of target bills
- Suggestion of Budgetary control system through collected Bills
- Budgeting, Costing and MIS reporting
- Extract and input data from various sources in accounting system
- Make sure in assistance internal and external audit from time to time
- Reconcile the bank Accounts daily or monthly basis.
- Deal with Companys external Auditor & liaison with Bank.
- Assist line manager in financial planning
- Any other job relating to finance and accounts as assigned by line manager / Management
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors of Commerce (BCom)
- Masters of Commerce (MCom)
Work Experience:
- At most 3 year(s)
