Roles & Responsibilities:
- To plan, organize and take initiative to achieve the sales target as assigned required by the management
- To prepare customer database and maintain strong relationship with existing customer.
- To keep abreast of delivery process and assist as or where necessary so that delivery lead time to be ensured.
- To prepare potential customer list and visit/communicate with them in regular interval to convert into customer
- To keep abreast of competitors policies, strategies and inform the superior accordingly.
- To prepare report and submit to superior in regular intervals
- To maximum profit and secure the payment recovery
- Evaluation of mill infrastructure and calculation of mill capacity.
- To be responsible for fabric sourcing development, production and export of Yarn & fabric to garment manufactures, buying house, International buyers.
- Negotiate price for the agreed quality suppliers
- To provide customers and the management regular updates on sourcing / product status and programs.
- Should be able to educate suppliers to meet customer expectation.
- Anticipate the potential delays and quality issues and share information with Top management to resolve and take timely corrective actions.
- Any other responsibilities given by the management
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Work Experience:
- 2 to 4 year(s)

- Computer Skill (MS office, E-mail)
- Market Reading Capability & Decision Making Ability.
