Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing process constraint analyses
- Establish specifications, standards and procedures for executing the desired project particularly with respect to planning, scheduling and cost controlling.
- Continuously review the scope for improvement in project management processes and project performance, based on lessons learned and recommending changes where necessary.
- Support organization in formulating and implementing training development program and succession plan.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- MBA (HRM)/ PGD (HRM)/ Masters in Public Administration
Work Experience:
- At least 10 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Should have minimum 10 years practical experience in HR, Admin & Compliance at Industrial Project.
- Should have strong knowledge on labor law.
- Should have strong track record in corporate HR practice related to HR Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits.
- Should have good academic background as well as strong Interpersonal presentation skill, leadership skill and able to generate professional report.
- Should be able to ensure compliance issues including certification of all the companies of the Group.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Industrial Project, Manufacturing Company & Real Estate Company.
