General Manager (HR, Administration & Compliance)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing process constraint analyses
  • Establish specifications, standards and procedures for executing the desired project particularly with respect to planning, scheduling and cost controlling.
  • Continuously review the scope for improvement in project management processes and project performance, based on lessons learned and recommending changes where necessary.
  • Support organization in formulating and implementing training development program and succession plan.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • MBA (HRM)/ PGD (HRM)/ Masters in Public Administration

Work Experience:

  • At least 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Should have minimum 10 years practical experience in HR, Admin & Compliance at Industrial Project.
  • Should have strong knowledge on labor law.
  • Should have strong track record in corporate HR practice related to HR Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits.
  • Should have good academic background as well as strong Interpersonal presentation skill, leadership skill and able to generate professional report.
  • Should be able to ensure compliance issues including certification of all the companies of the Group.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Industrial Project, Manufacturing Company & Real Estate Company.
  • Confident and highly deserving candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Military officers of the rank of Major (equivalent) will be given preference.
