Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a fair Performance Appraisal practice and educate line managers
- Handle Employee Grievance & Disciplinary Actions
- Develop and recommend management various schemes/ programs/plans/ propositions related to employee welfare as an effective tool of motivation for employee retention
- Foresee and visualize the future requirement of potential manpower & challenges in terms of their skill and expertise
- Responsible for Salary Administration including Attendance & Leave management
- Contribute to the wider development and overall success of the Group/unit through proactive working with the Executive Team, strong leadership as well as commercial and financial awareness
- Ensure effective implementation of the disciplinary and grievance procedures for all employee of the groups.
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization.
- Foresee and visualize the future requirement of potentiality & challenges in terms of their skill and expertise.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/ MBS major in HRM from any reputed university.
- PGD in HRM will be given preference.
- Any training on HRM, Labor Law will be an added advantage
Work Experience:
- 5 to 10 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Company , any type of multinational company.
- Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006 and Amendment act -2013 is must, Administration, Legal.
- Excellent Administrative Management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all others level
- Excellent interpersonal, team-building and oral and written communication skills
