Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Has to work in a team to improve existing HR processes.
  • Manage recruitment & selection procedure.
  • Coordinate Induction program.
  • Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management.
  • Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department.
  • Coordinate to arrange different Training Program.
  • Handling Disciplinary action and Grievance procedures smoothly.
  • To assist in ensuring comfortable environment at work place
  • Management may add any task as deemed necessary permanently or temporarily

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Must be a good team player.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality
  • Proficient in MS Office Package
  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
  • Good inter-personal & communication skills
  • Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management
