Roles & Responsibilities:
- Has to work in a team to improve existing HR processes.
- Manage recruitment & selection procedure.
- Coordinate Induction program.
- Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management.
- Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related with HR Department.
- Coordinate to arrange different Training Program.
- Handling Disciplinary action and Grievance procedures smoothly.
- To assist in ensuring comfortable environment at work place
- Management may add any task as deemed necessary permanently or temporarily
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Must be a good team player.
- The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality
- Proficient in MS Office Package
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
- Good inter-personal & communication skills
- Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management
