  • Major in HRM and Minor in Accounting will be preferred.
  • Bangladesh University of Professionals,North South University,East West University,BRAC University,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference
  • Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
  • Skills Required: Recruitment,Performance Appraisal,Compensation & Benefits

    Others Requirements:

    • Establishing the recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs and develop and execute an effective recruitment plan.
    • Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining rapport. Attracting potential applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
    • Determining applicants requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
    • Arranging panel interviews by coordinating schedules; escorting applicant to interviews etc and help to evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with the managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
    • Managing new employee induction by determining new employee requirements; improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
    • Managing internship program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; advising managers on training and coaching.
    • Drafting all HR related letters i.e. Appointment letter, NOC, re-designation letter, salary certificate, increment letter etc and conducting exit interview analysis.
    • Maintaining leave register
    • Handing the HR ERP Tool named MS Dynamics
    • Calculating the late attendance and ensure salary deduction as per policy
    • Conducting performance appraisal twice in a year
