Head of Restaurant Operation (Sales & Marketing)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To Manage all restaurant Operation , Food & Beverage related business plan and day-to-day operations .To carry out all tasks of day to day operation as well as to deal with clients for booking parties, events as per rule of the hotel and of the General F& B practice as on requirements which as follows : Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • To developed marketing and sales plan. Coordinate all sales related activity contract specifics to achieve maximum profitability while satisfying customer needs. Conduct all sales and marketing related interactions with the highest level of professionalism while maintaining specified Best standards.
  • Must be Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food & beverage menu planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record-keeping, and preparation of reports.
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food & beverage preparation and service.
  • Must have good working knowledge of own area, market trends and industry changes
  • Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling and planning
  • Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
  • Develop employees by providing on-going feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs.
  • Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
  • Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
  • Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner
  • Communicate well on all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings
  • Suggest employment and termination opinions to management, if needed
  • Assist in developing, planning, and executing restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Ready to any type of work assign by the management for Business Development.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Diploma in Hotel Management will be added an advantages.
  • A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.

Work Experience:

  • At least 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Preferably Defense Officers (Captain/ Major/ Other Senior Ranks or equivalent ranks from any Defense Force) of any educational discipline.
