Assistant Manager - Software & Digital Marketing Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishing of Individual Target (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).
  • Finding new business opportunity for expansion in the local/international market.
  • Keeping a strong relationship with the customer and ensure smooth after-sale service and customer satisfaction.
  • Being well-informed about market developments, competitor activities and provide feedback to management,
  • Monitoring, guiding, developing & maintaining sales process to achieve the target.
  • Negotiating sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensure timely payment of receivables.
  • Monitoring and reporting on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity.
  • Promoting the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients.
  • Developing presentation, reports and proposals as part of sales tools to illustrate benefits from the use of good and service the company is offering.
  • Developing new product and tying up with different targeted segment to maximize the transaction volume and revenue growth.
  • Maintaining liaison with different companies to offer competitive cost service to targeted customers.
  • Setting up and managing customers profile
  • Developing potential customers.
  • Analyzing market, competition and price.
  • Identifying the need to conduct any required survey and data collection for product analysis and new product development.
  • Contributing to developing innovative expansion ideas and executing the finalized plans.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputed public or private university.

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 year(s)

  • Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, leadership and interpersonal, oral & written communication Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills in English (oral and writing)

  • Strong negotiation skills and capable team-player
  • Professional knowledge and skill levels are kept up-to-date in order to meet the needs of the position
  • Well versed in MS Office suits, Internet and email correspondence.
  • Have sound knowledge in Software and Digital Marketing sales and have ongoing project in Hand.
  • Excellent negotiation skill.
