Territory Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving all the sales, distribution coverage extension and transaction targets of respective area.
  • Assist Regional Sales Manager to prepare business plan and target allocation.
  • Help the decision making process for monthly/quarterly performance review and market analysis.
  • Monitoring stock flow, market movement, sales promotions to ensure successful execution.
  • Active involvement in business session with various channel partners, distribution owners and key stake holders.
  • Responsible for training of distributors employees.
  • Responsible for hiring of sales staffs and evaluation of their performance.
  • Morning meeting with team members to discuss important issues and give guidelines for smooth operations.
  • Regular market visits to ensure teams are maintaining their market visit as per the plan/KPI.
  • Maintaining good relationship with trade.
  • Ensure required market visibility as per Nagad guideline.
  • Look for new opportunities to expand Nagad business in the respective area/territory.
  • Coordination within the organization, outside organization and project management as per delegation by RSM as and when required.
  • Liaison with sales operations, marketing, business development, trade marketing team for all sort of business related issues.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • 0 - 1 years experience

Others Requirements:

  • Excellent presentation and communication skill both in English and in Bengali
  • Analytical and planning skills.
  • Ability to priorities own workload and work independently and commitment to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a multi-disciplined, multi-cultural team.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all area of work.
