Roles & Responsibilities:
- Follow up on CAP and completion the audit finding within the stipulated timeline
- Sound knowledge in Higg (social and environment)
- Sound knowledge on Amfori BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, GOTS,
- Strong knowledge of ACCORD and ALLIANCE requirement
- Efficient and pleasant communication with buyers
- Prompt feedback to buyers quarries
- Carry out regular internal compliance audit in the unit and put up recommendations, follow up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
- Conduct TNA and provide compliance training to staff as and worker
- Strive to achieve continuous improvement and adhere to the best practices of the apparels industries as regards to the compliance.
- Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy and tidy site/floor for unannounced audit.
- Preparing and updating all relevant Registers as required by local law and customers code of conduct.
- Must be capable of preparing CAP on findings by Third Party auditor
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters in any discipline from any recognized university.
Work Experience:
- At least 8 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Age at most 40 years
- Minimum 8 years practical experiences in the field of compliance.
