Area Sales Manager (ASM)/ Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities.
  • To Create the Market Sales.
  • To expand the business by creating strong Distribution Channel & maintain relationship with the potential Dealer.
  • To Increase the unit/item wise product sales.
  • To motivate the Distributors & Sales Persons.
  • To upgrade the information of price rate of the Competitor Companies.
  • To able to work independently to achieve the target in the assign territory.
  • To achieve any other goal that set up by the Management.
  • Any other tasks as & when assign by the Authority.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Masters/ Bachelors in Marketing and or any other discipline
  • Academic qualification will be flexible for more experienced candidate.
  • Having professional degree will be highly welcomed.
  • Skills Required: FMCG Sales & Marketing

Work Experience:

  • At least 4 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Must be Sincere, Dedicated, Target Oriented, Diligent, Committed & Time bound.
  • Must be pleasant & good team player.
  • Should have good negotiation, communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
