Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing sales of exclusive and high valued commercial and residential projects to meet budget, forecast and margin targets.
- Developing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly and monthly updates in connection to companys yearly business plan.
- Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with top management.
- Conducting competitive market intelligence, analyze and adjust positioning to retain and grow market leadership.
- Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.
- To find out new sort of idea to generate sale and also find out new idea for attraction to the customer.
- Fulfill monthly or quarterly sales target.
- Market analysis for correct strategies development for sales, pricing, product development and new product acquisition.
- Liaison with other departments head to get job done.
- The incumbent have to visit corporate client.
- Ensure and maintain proper record keeping of all sales activities.
- To participate any other activities when required as part of management.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Skills Required: Brand Promotion,Computer operating
Work Experience:
- 8 to 10 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 08 - 10 years of relevant experiences in Prominent Real Estate Company.
- Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
- He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
- Capable to serve under pressure.
- Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
